Return and Replacement Policy

  1. Returns or replacements are allowed within 7 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. – Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

    2. If the product was damaged due to misuse.
    3. Custom-made or special orders.
  2. If the error is attributable to the store (wrong/defective product), the store covers all shipping costs.
